United States only.

All 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to US territories
(Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
at this time.

We do not ship internationally.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within

Business days are Monday through Friday
excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or federal
holidays are processed the next

5. ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking link by email

6. SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING — STAY HER

Stay Her subscription orders ship
automatically every 30 days from
your first order date.

FREE SHIPPING
All Stay Her subscription orders
include free standard shipping.
Always. No minimum. No exceptions.

SHIPPING DATE
Your subscription ships on the same
date each month as your first order.

Example:
First order placed January 15th.
Next shipment February 15th.
Then March 15th. And so on.

CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
You can update your shipping address
at any time from your account dashboard
before your next renewal date.

Changes made after your order has
already processed will take effect
on your following shipment.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address
before placing your order.

If you notice an error immediately
after ordering — email us right away at
hello@eluje.com with the subject line:
"Address Correction — [Your Order Number]"

We will do our best to update it
before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped we cannot
change the delivery address.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect
address provided by you:
→ The carrier will attempt redelivery
→ If the package is returned to us
   we will reship at a $5.99 fee
→ If the package is lost due to
   an incorrect address we cannot
   offer a replacement or refund

8. MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered
but you have not received your package:

STEP 1
Wait 24 hours.
Packages are sometimes marked delivered
before they physically arrive.

STEP 2
Check around your property —
front door, back door, mailbox,
with a neighbour or building manager.

STEP 3
If still missing after 24 hours —
email us at hello@eluje.com
Subject: Missing Package — [Order Number]

We will open an investigation with
the carrier immediately.

If your package is confirmed lost
we will send a replacement at no cost.
No questions asked.

9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged:

→ Take a photo of the damaged packaging
   and product before opening fully
→ Email hello@eluje.com immediately
   Subject: Damaged Order — [Order Number]
→ Attach your photos

We will send a replacement immediately.
At no cost to you.
You do not need to return the
damaged items.

10. STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package was stolen after delivery:

We understand this is frustrating
and completely outside your control.

We will review your case individually
and do our best to make it right.

We recommend:
→ Filing a police report
→ Checking with neighbours
   or building security
→ Considering a secure delivery
   location for future orders

11. WEATHER & CARRIER DELAYS

Occasionally packages are delayed due to:
→ Severe weather conditions
→ Natural disasters
→ Carrier operational issues
→ High volume periods
   (holidays, peak seasons)

These delays are outside our control.
We cannot offer refunds for
carrier-caused delays.

If your package is significantly delayed
— more than 10 business days past
the estimated delivery date —

we will investigate and make it right.

12. HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak holiday periods
processing and delivery times
may be longer than usual.

We recommend ordering early during:

→ Christmas and New Year period
→ Mother's Day week
→ Black Friday and Cyber Monday

We will communicate any holiday
shipping cutoff dates via email
and on our website.

13. SMALL BATCH PRODUCTION NOTE

Elixir Premium Postnatal is produced
in small batches to guarantee
quality and freshness.

This means stock is sometimes limited.

If a product is out of stock at the
time of your order:

   wait for the next batch
   (typically 3-4 weeks)
   or receive a full refund
