3. ORDERING

If we cancel your order we will notify you
immediately and refund any payment taken
in full within 3-5 business days.

This confirms we have received your order —
not that it has been accepted or shipped.

A second email with your tracking information
confirms your order has been dispatched.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in USD unless
otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our prices
at any time. Price changes do not affect
orders already placed and confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure prices
are accurate. If a pricing error occurs
we will contact you before processing

7. SUBSCRIPTION — STAY HER

WHAT IT IS

Stay Her is our monthly subscription service.
Members receive a monthly delivery of
Elixir Premium Postnatal plus exclusive
identity content and community access.

BILLING

Your subscription renews automatically
every 30 days from your first order date.
You will be charged $44 on each renewal date
to the payment method on file.

You will receive an email reminder
3 days before each renewal.

PRICE LOCK

Your subscription price is locked at $44
per month for as long as you remain subscribed.
If we raise our prices, existing subscribers
are protected at their original rate.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time
from your account dashboard in two clicks.

Cancel before your next renewal date
and you will not be charged again.

We do not charge cancellation fees.

PAUSING

You can pause your subscription for up to
3 months from your account dashboard.

REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS

The 60-day money back guarantee applies
to your first order only.

For subscription renewals — if there is

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

You can create an account on eluje.com
to manage your orders and subscription.

You are responsible for:

→ All activity that occurs under your account
→ Notifying us immediately if you suspect
   unauthorised access

We are not liable for any loss or damage
arising from unauthorised use of your account.

CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can request to close your account
at any time by emailing hello@eluje.com.

We will delete your personal data within
30 days — except data we are legally
required to retain.
