HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Step 2.
Tell us briefly what happened.
Not because we need to approve it —
but because we genuinely want to know
so we can do better.

Step 3.
We process your refund within 3-5 business days.
It will appear on your original payment method
within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

No return shipping.
No restocking fees.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, broken,
or contains the wrong product —

We will send a replacement immediately.

You can cancel your subscription at any time
from your account dashboard in two clicks.

Cancel before your next renewal date
and you will not be charged again.

We do not charge cancellation fees.
We do not make it difficult to leave.
We would rather you stay because you want to —
not because you forgot to cancel.

To pause instead of cancel:
You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months
from your account dashboard.

SHIPPING COSTS

We cover return shipping on all eligible refund requests.
